Greg Norman Real Estate joins forces with Solmar Group
Greg Norman Real Estate and Solmar Group have partnered to develop a branded residential enclave and oceanfront golf course community in Los Cabos. Appropriately called Norman Estates at Rancho San Lucas, this marks the first community in Mexico to join Norman’s global collection of luxury residences.
Located only 10 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, Rancho San Lucas is situated on 834-acres of a master-planned community, with 1.2 miles of Pacific Coast beachfront. The entire development is framed by a Greg Norman Signature Golf Course. Design and construction has already begun on the Rancho San Lucas Golf Course as well as Phase I of the estate homes. The grand gala opening is targeted for fall 2018.
