The doors open and the room announces itself immediately — crystal-embellished, dark-walled, lit from above by hand-blown glass spheres that hang like oversized caviar from the ceiling. At the center of it all, a twenty-foot bar clad in stingray leather. Behind it, a chef whose restaurants in New York carried two Michelin stars is finishing a preparation of Kaluga caviar served the way he has always served it: with precision, without apology, and with the quiet authority of someone who has never needed the noise of the Strip to validate what he does. This is AQUA at Resorts World, and at this hour, the room belongs to no one but you.

This is Las Vegas after midnight. Not the version that ends up on social media — not the bachelor parties or the slot machines or the all-you-can-eat buffets going cold at 2 a.m. This is the version that requires knowing someone, or knowing how to ask the right question of the right person three months in advance. It is a city within a city, and its entrance has no sign.
