CAREYES & THE TAMARINDO featured in BajaTraveler® with world-wide promotion

Magical! This is the word that immediately came to my mind as we approached the Careyes Resort on the west coast of the state of Jalisco, Mexico.
During the day it is the vibrant colors, reflecting the essence of Mexico, which brightly adorn the arches that lead to the lobby nestled in exquisite, lushly landscaped gardens. At night, it’s a different sensation; the soft lighting mutes the brilliance of the colors and gently beckons the weary traveler with a promise of peace and wellbeing.
The mastermind of our trip was Mayté, our amazing editor who took six of us on this journey to promote this beautiful destination… Two models, two photographers and us, the editor team. I had the wonderful pleasure of getting to know JOSH DUHAMEL as he came along with one of the models. He was in between jobs before making it to the big screen.
The two general managers of the Careyes and the sister resort – the Tamarindo were simply delightful. They both met in Bali and were commissioned by the new owners of the resorts to go to Mexico and up the standards of their Asian counterparts.
